Services
Strive Creatives provides AI receptionist (voice AI call answering) services for plumbing companies. Specific features, configuration, and deliverables are outlined in your service agreement. Telephony, voice, and other third-party services used to deliver the receptionist are separate unless your agreement expressly states otherwise.
Role of the AI Receptionist
The AI receptionist answers calls and collects information according to the configuration and script approved for your business. It does not diagnose plumbing problems or make commitments on your behalf. You remain responsible for reviewing the captured information, confirming details with your customers, and for the actual service work you perform.
Emergencies and Escalation
Urgent call escalation is provided only where configured under your approved escalation process. Configuration choices — including after-hours answering and overflow behaviour — are defined in your service agreement. Strive is not an emergency service.
No Guaranteed Outcomes
Call handling and information capture depend on configuration and caller behaviour. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes such as booked jobs, call answer rates, or revenue.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated terms. Material changes will be communicated to active clients.
